Ingredients

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup mixed vegetables
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add shrimp and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through.
- In another pot, reheat cooked rice and mixed vegetables.
- Serve shrimp over rice and vegetables.

- Adjust seasoning as needed.
- Store in airtight containers in the fridge.
- Reheat before serving.
