- 1 lb salmon fillets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small corn or flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup pico de gallo
- 1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Preheat the grill or a skillet over medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Rub the mixture onto the salmon fillets.
- Place the salmon on the grill or skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- While the salmon is cooking, warm the tortillas on the grill or in a separate skillet.
- Once cooked, remove the salmon from heat and flake it into large pieces.
- Assemble the tacos by placing a portion of salmon on each tortilla, then topping with shredded cabbage, avocado slices, pico de gallo, and a dollop of sour cream.
- Serve with lime wedges on the side.

- You can bake the salmon in the oven at 400°F for 12-15 minutes if you prefer.
