- 1 lb (450g) Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
- 1/2 cup (120ml) milk
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
- Tortilla chips for serving
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the Velveeta cheese and milk. Stir until the cheese is melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Add the diced tomatoes with green chilies, garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Continue to cook, stirring frequently, for about 5 minutes, until heated through.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips.
