- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup cocktail sauce
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
- Ice, for serving
Instructions
- In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.
- Drain the shrimp and immediately place them in an ice bath to stop the cooking process.
- Once cooled, drain the shrimp again and pat dry with paper towels.
- Arrange the shrimp on a serving platter with cocktail sauce in the center.
- Garnish with lemon wedges and parsley.
- Serve chilled over ice.
