Ingredients

- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add spinach and sauté until wilted.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs and season with salt and pepper.
- Pour eggs into the skillet and cook until edges start to set.
- Sprinkle cheese on top and fold the omelet.
- Cook for another minute until cheese melts.
- Serve hot.
