No Bake Strawberry Cheesecake: 4 Reasons to Love It

A simple and delicious no bake strawberry cheesecake.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla.
  3. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold into cream cheese mixture.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the pan.
  5. Top with sliced strawberries.
  6. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
