- 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
- In another bowl, combine pumpkin puree, heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin spice.
- Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Pour the pumpkin mixture into the pie crust.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set.
- Serve chilled and enjoy.
Notes
- You can top the pie with whipped cream if desired.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
