A simple and quick recipe for no bake cookies that require no oven.
Ingredients

- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 cups quick oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa powder, milk, and butter.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Once boiling, let it cook for 1 minute without stirring.
- Remove from heat and stir in oats, peanut butter, and vanilla.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto wax paper.
- Let cookies cool and set for about 30 minutes.
Notes
- Store cookies in an airtight container.
- Substitute almond butter for a different flavor.
- Add nuts or chocolate chips for variation.
