Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Mix chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Add melted chocolate and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture and mix well.
  5. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  6. Fold whipped cream into the chocolate mixture gently.
  7. Pour the filling over the crust and spread evenly.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
  9. Remove from the springform pan and serve chilled.
