A rich and creamy no bake chocolate cheesecake that is easy to prepare.
Ingredients

- 2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Mix chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add melted chocolate and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture and mix well.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold whipped cream into the chocolate mixture gently.
- Pour the filling over the crust and spread evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Remove from the springform pan and serve chilled.
Notes
- Use gluten-free cookies for a gluten-free version.
- Top with chocolate shavings for garnish.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
