Ingredients

- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1 slice whole grain bread
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add cherry tomatoes and cook until softened.
- Crack the eggs into the pan, add salt and pepper.
- Cook until eggs are set to your liking.
- Sprinkle feta cheese on top.
- Toast the whole grain bread.
- Serve eggs on toast with avocado slices.
