- 1/4 cup of heavy cream

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add chicken breast and cook until golden brown.
- Stir in broccoli and cauliflower rice, cooking for another 5 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and add cheese, mixing until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes.
