Ingredients

  • 1 cup semolina
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup chopped vegetables (carrot, peas, bell pepper)
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Wait for them to splutter.
  3. Add chopped vegetables and sauté for 3 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, mix semolina, yogurt, water, and salt.
  5. Add the vegetable mixture to the semolina mixture.
  6. Cook on low heat until the batter sets.
  7. Flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
  8. Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
