A quick and easy Indian breakfast option that is healthy and filling.
Ingredients

- 1 cup semolina
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup chopped vegetables (carrot, peas, bell pepper)
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Wait for them to splutter.
- Add chopped vegetables and sauté for 3 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix semolina, yogurt, water, and salt.
- Add the vegetable mixture to the semolina mixture.
- Cook on low heat until the batter sets.
- Flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust spices according to your taste.
- Serve with chutney or sauce.
- You can add more vegetables if desired.
