Hausgemachter Cheeseburger vom Grill: 5 Steps to Juicy Bliss

  • Author: ushinzomr

Description

This delicious homemade grilled cheeseburger is juicy and packed with flavor, perfect for any barbecue or family gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef (80/20 for best flavor)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles (for toppings)
  • Ketchup and mustard (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into 4 equal patties, making a small indentation in the center of each patty to prevent puffing while cooking.
  4. Place the patties on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes on one side.
  5. Flip the patties and place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the burgers are cooked to your desired doneness.
  6. While the burgers are cooking, toast the hamburger buns on the grill until golden brown.
  7. Assemble the burgers by placing each patty on a bun and topping with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, ketchup, and mustard.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy your homemade grilled cheeseburger!

Notes

  • For more flavor, try adding Worcestershire sauce to the beef mixture.
  • Feel free to customize your toppings based on personal preference.
