This delightful flatbread combines the sweetness of grilled peaches with the creaminess of burrata, drizzled with honey for a perfect summer appetizer.

- 1 large flatbread or pizza dough
- 2 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced
- 8 oz burrata cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
- Honey, for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Brush the flatbread with olive oil on both sides and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the flatbread on the grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until grill marks appear and it is crispy.
- While the flatbread is grilling, place the sliced peaches on the grill. Grill for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they have grill marks and are slightly softened.
- Remove the flatbread and peaches from the grill.
- Tear the burrata cheese into pieces and arrange it on top of the grilled flatbread.
- Top with the grilled peaches and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
- Drizzle with honey before serving.
