Description

This delightful flatbread combines the sweetness of grilled peaches with the creaminess of burrata, drizzled with honey for a perfect summer appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 large flatbread or pizza dough
  • 2 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced
  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
  • Honey, for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Brush the flatbread with olive oil on both sides and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the flatbread on the grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until grill marks appear and it is crispy.
  4. While the flatbread is grilling, place the sliced peaches on the grill. Grill for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they have grill marks and are slightly softened.
  5. Remove the flatbread and peaches from the grill.
  6. Tear the burrata cheese into pieces and arrange it on top of the grilled flatbread.
  7. Top with the grilled peaches and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
  8. Drizzle with honey before serving.
