- 2 lobster tails
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise.
- Brush the lobster meat with the butter mixture.
- Place the lobster tails on the grill, meat side down.
- Grill for 5-7 minutes, then flip and brush with more butter.
- Grill for an additional 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.
Notes
- Make sure the lobster is fresh.
- You can substitute garlic with garlic powder if preferred.
