Ingredients

  • 1 kg chicken thighs
  • 500 g sausages
  • 4 bell peppers
  • 2 onions
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • Fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the grill and heat it to medium-high.
  2. Marinate the meats with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Chop the vegetables and season with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the beef steak on the grill and cook for 6-8 minutes per side.
  5. Add chicken thighs and sausages to the grill, cooking for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Grill the vegetables for 4-5 minutes until tender.
  7. Remove everything from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
  8. Slice the meat and serve with grilled vegetables.
