Ingredients

- 2 kg beef steak
- 1 kg chicken thighs
- 500 g sausages
- 4 bell peppers
- 2 onions
- 1 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons salt
- 2 tablespoons black pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- Fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme)
Instructions
- Prepare the grill and heat it to medium-high.
- Marinate the meats with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Chop the vegetables and season with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place the beef steak on the grill and cook for 6-8 minutes per side.
- Add chicken thighs and sausages to the grill, cooking for 5-7 minutes.
- Grill the vegetables for 4-5 minutes until tender.
- Remove everything from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Slice the meat and serve with grilled vegetables.

- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Use a meat thermometer for perfect doneness.
- Serve with your favorite barbecue sauces.
