Ingredients

  • 4 cups of watermelon, cubed
  • 1 cup of fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup of sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 2 cups of cold water
  • Ice cubes
  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the cubed watermelon and blend until smooth.
  2. Strain the watermelon puree through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove pulp.
  3. Add the fresh lemon juice and sugar to the watermelon juice, stirring until the sugar is dissolved.
  4. Pour in the cold water and mix well. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  5. Serve over ice cubes and garnish with mint leaves if desired.
