A refreshing and icy watermelon lemonade perfect for hot summer days.
Ingredients

- 4 cups of watermelon, cubed
- 1 cup of fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup of sugar (adjust to taste)
- 2 cups of cold water
- Ice cubes
- Mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the cubed watermelon and blend until smooth.
- Strain the watermelon puree through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove pulp.
- Add the fresh lemon juice and sugar to the watermelon juice, stirring until the sugar is dissolved.
- Pour in the cold water and mix well. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Serve over ice cubes and garnish with mint leaves if desired.
