A simple and delicious surf and turf recipe combining steak and shrimp.
Ingredients

- 2 sirloin steaks
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the steaks with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- In a bowl, mix shrimp with olive oil and garlic.
- Grill the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Add shrimp to the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink.
- Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes.
- Slice the steak and serve with grilled shrimp on top.
- Garnish with fresh parsley.
