A simple no-bake cheesecake recipe that is easy to prepare and delicious.
Ingredients

- 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
- 24 oz of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of heavy whipping cream
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mix until combined.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread the filling over the crust in the springform pan.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- Remove from pan and serve.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can include lemon juice.
- Top with fresh fruit or chocolate sauce if desired.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
