Instructions
- Place the chicken in the crockpot.
- Add chicken broth, onion, garlic, carrots, celery, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Stir to combine the ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken before serving.
