Ingredients

- 2 lbs chicken breast
- 1 cup diced onions
- 2 cups chopped bell peppers
- 1 cup corn
- 1 can black beans, rinsed
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place chicken breast in the crock pot.
- Add onions, bell peppers, corn, and black beans.
- Pour salsa over the ingredients.
- Sprinkle cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Shred chicken before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days.
- Can be served with rice or tortillas.
