Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, shredded coconut, vanilla extract, lime juice, and a pinch of salt. Stir until well combined.
  2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
  3. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until completely solid.
  4. To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds until they loosen.
