Description

A classic club sandwich made with layers of turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise, all stacked between toasted bread for a deliciously satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 3 slices of bread (white or whole wheat)
  • 2 ounces of turkey breast, sliced
  • 2 slices of bacon, cooked until crispy
  • 1/2 cup of lettuce leaves
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter (for toasting)

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
  2. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of toasted bread.
  3. On the first slice of bread, layer the turkey breast, followed by lettuce and tomato slices. Sprinkle with salt and pepper if desired.
  4. Add the second slice of bread on top, mayonnaise side up.
  5. On the second slice, layer the crispy bacon, followed by more lettuce and tomato slices.
  6. Top with the third slice of bread, mayonnaise side down.
  7. Secure the sandwich with toothpicks, then cut it into quarters or halves.
  8. Serve immediately with chips or a side salad.
