Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- After rinsing the chickpeas, pat them dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
- In a bowl, combine the chickpeas, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
- Spread the chickpeas in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking, until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can experiment with different spices like cumin, chili powder, or nutritional yeast.
