Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup red grapes, halved
- 1/4 cup almonds, slivered
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, celery, grapes, and almonds.
- Add the Dijon mustard and lemon juice, mixing well to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve on a bed of greens, in a sandwich, or in a wrap.
