Healthy and simple chicken meal prep for the week.
Ingredients

- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups broccoli
- 2 cups brown rice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- While the chicken is baking, cook the brown rice according to package instructions.
- Steam the broccoli until tender.
- Once cooked, slice the chicken and divide it into meal prep containers.
- Add brown rice and broccoli to each container.
- Cool and store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
Notes
- Adjust spices to your taste.
- You can add other vegetables if desired.
- Can be frozen for longer storage.
