Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups broccoli
  • 2 cups brown rice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  4. While the chicken is baking, cook the brown rice according to package instructions.
  5. Steam the broccoli until tender.
  6. Once cooked, slice the chicken and divide it into meal prep containers.
  7. Add brown rice and broccoli to each container.
  8. Cool and store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
