- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 4 tortillas, cut into strips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix chicken, bell pepper, onion, salsa, cumin, and chili powder.
- Layer the mixture in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Add tortilla strips over the cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

- Feel free to add more vegetables.
- Serve with sour cream or guacamole.
