Ingredients

- 2 cups of rice
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 cups of broccoli
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook rice according to package instructions.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Steam broccoli until tender.
- Once chicken is cooked, slice it into pieces.
- Divide rice, chicken, and broccoli into meal prep containers.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
