Ingredients

  • 2 cups of broccoli
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package instructions.
  2. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  3. Season chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Steam broccoli until tender.
  6. Once chicken is cooked, slice it into pieces.
  7. Divide rice, chicken, and broccoli into meal prep containers.
  8. Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
