Description

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe tomatoes, sliced
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • 1 bunch fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. On a large serving platter, alternate layers of sliced tomatoes and mozzarella cheese.
  2. Tuck fresh basil leaves in between the layers.
