A collection of breakfast ideas without eggs.
Ingredients
- Oats – 1 cup
- Almond milk – 2 cups
- Chia seeds – 2 tbsp
- Maple syrup – 2 tbsp
- Fresh fruits – 1 cup
- Nuts – 1/2 cup
- Whole grain bread – 4 slices
- Avocado – 1
- Tomato – 1
- Spinach – 1 cup
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix oats, almond milk, and chia seeds. Let it sit overnight in the fridge.
- The next morning, add maple syrup and fresh fruits to the oat mixture.
- Toast the whole grain bread.
- Mash avocado and spread it on the toast.
- Top with sliced tomato and spinach.
- Serve with nuts on the side.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
- You can use any fruit you prefer.
- For a creamier texture, blend the oat mixture before serving.
