These BBQ ribs are tender, flavorful, and smothered in a delicious homemade barbecue sauce. Perfect for summer grilling or any time of year!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 racks of pork ribs
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and pat them dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Rub the mixture all over the ribs.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the ribs and rub it in to keep them moist.
  5. Place the ribs on the grill bone-side down and cook for about 2 hours, turning occasionally.
  6. In the last 30 minutes of cooking, brush the ribs with BBQ sauce, reserving some for serving.
  7. Once the ribs are tender and have a nice glaze, remove them from the grill.
  8. Let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before cutting. Serve with additional BBQ sauce on the side.
