Description
These BBQ ribs are tender, flavorful, and smothered in a delicious homemade barbecue sauce. Perfect for summer grilling or any time of year!

- 2 racks of pork ribs
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 cup BBQ sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and pat them dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Rub the mixture all over the ribs.
- Drizzle olive oil over the ribs and rub it in to keep them moist.
- Place the ribs on the grill bone-side down and cook for about 2 hours, turning occasionally.
- In the last 30 minutes of cooking, brush the ribs with BBQ sauce, reserving some for serving.
- Once the ribs are tender and have a nice glaze, remove them from the grill.
- Let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before cutting. Serve with additional BBQ sauce on the side.
