Description
Juicy and flavorful BBQ burgers made with a perfect blend of spices and served with your favorite toppings.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound ground beef (80/20 blend recommended)
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 hamburger buns
- Lettuce, tomato, and onion for toppings
- Extra BBQ sauce for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, BBQ sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined; do not overwork the meat.
- Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape them into burger patties, making a slight indentation in the center of each patty to prevent puffing while cooking.
- Preheat your grill or a skillet over medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grill grates or skillet.
- Cook the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes on one side. Flip the burgers and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes, or until they reach your desired doneness.
- Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster, if desired.
- Assemble the burgers by placing each patty on a bun and topping with lettuce, tomato, onion, and extra BBQ sauce. Serve immediately.
