Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas and slice them thinly, about 1/8 inch thick.
  2. In a bowl, mix the banana slices with lemon juice and cinnamon (if using) to prevent browning and add flavor.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Arrange the banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
  5. Air fry for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chips are golden and crispy.
  6. Remove the chips from the air fryer and let them cool completely before serving.

Notes

  • For a sweeter flavor, you can sprinkle a little sugar on the banana slices before air frying.
