A quick and easy recipe for delicious air fryer salmon patties.
Ingredients

- 1 can of salmon (14.75 oz)
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Drain the salmon and place it in a mixing bowl.
- Add breadcrumbs, onion, bell pepper, egg, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mash and mix the ingredients until well combined.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place the patties in the basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check for doneness and adjust time if needed.
Notes
- Serve with tartar sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
- Can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator.
- Freeze uncooked patties for later use.
