Description
A quick and healthy version of classic fish and chips made in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 2 white fish fillets (e.g., cod or haddock)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 large potatoes, cut into chips
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper.
- Dredge each fillet in flour, dip in beaten egg, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Toss the potato chips in olive oil and season with salt.
- Place the fish fillets in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Add the potato chips to the air fryer after the fish has cooked for 5 minutes.
- Cook the chips for an additional 15 minutes or until crispy.
- Serve hot with your favorite sauce.

- Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the fish.
- Try different seasonings for the breadcrumbs.
- Soak potato chips in water for 30 minutes for extra crispiness.
