- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken cubes, bell pepper, and onion.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken and vegetables, and toss to coat evenly.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Thread the marinated chicken and vegetables onto the skewers, alternating between chicken and vegetables.
- Place the skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not overcrowded.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice golden color.
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes before using to prevent burning.
- Feel free to customize the vegetables based on your preference, such as zucchini or cherry tomatoes.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce or over a bed of rice.
