- 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Toss until the cauliflower is evenly coated.
- If using, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the cauliflower and toss again to combine.
- Place the cauliflower bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd them.
- Air fry the cauliflower for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the bites are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the cauliflower bites from the air fryer and serve immediately, optionally with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, you can spray the cauliflower lightly with cooking spray before air frying.
- Feel free to customize the spices according to your taste preferences.
